An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated person to run Council’s IT Service Desk. Providing exceptional internal customer service is a key focus for this position.
Tasks include being the first point of contact for assistance, receiving and routing requests, managing Council’s mobile phone fleet and processing IT invoices.
If you are a people person, welcoming, friendly, get a buzz from solving people’s problems for them and have a strong work ethic we would love to hear from you.
IT qualifications and experience welcome but not a pre-requisite, if you are willing to learn, we are happy to train you.
This is not a job for someone who wants to do the same thing from day to day – there is a lot of variety and a lot of opportunity. The IT team enjoys their work and make a valued contribution to our organization.
